Neal Pollard
Neal was born in Oxford, Mississippi. He is the son of a preacher (Gary, Sr., and Brenda). He has received his education at Faulkner University, Freed-Hardeman University, Bear Valley Bible Institute of Denver and Amridge University (currently enrolled in the M.Div. program). Neal and Kathy have three wonderful sons and equally wonderful daughters-in-law. Hiram Kemp began working with the church at Lehman Avenue in September of 2021 after preaching in Lakeland, Florida for five years. He is a graduate of the Florida School of preaching and Freed-Hardeman University. He and his wife Brittani have two children, Nadia and Andre.
John Gott
John has been an elder at Lehman Ave. since 2004. He and his wife, Ruth, are proud parents – but are also the leaders of a small army of grandchildren! Like all of Lehman’s elders, John desires to do God’s work and help people spend an eternity with God in Heaven one day.
Russell Simpson
Russell has been an elder at Lehman Ave. since the fall of 2017 and was a deacon prior to becoming an elder. He and his wife, Dana, have three lovely daughters who are all married. Russell is the founder (and a board member) of the Big Reedy Christian Camp in Butler County and is semi-retired. Russell has the heart of a servant, leads by example, and inspires others to serve in the Lord’s church.

Kevin has been an elder at Lehman Ave. since 2017 and was a deacon prior to becoming an elder. He is married to his wife, Kim. Kevin and Kim have two wonderful children, Kamryn and Kason. Kevin is retired from the local electric utility, but stays busy these days running his own construction company.
